Dunmore Consulting was established in 2007 by its two founding partners, both of whom come from senior roles within professional services firms. After several years consulting and contracting to a number of businesses in the financial services and IT sectors, they wanted to create a business based on their individual skills covering strategy, program, project, change and risk management. 

The key differentiator, however, was the desire to focus on simplicity – simplicity in design and simplicity in delivery. 

Both partners have had numerous and surprisingly similar experiences where complex problems were often being addressed with even more complex solutions. Their focus had always been to do the opposite and “distil” complex business and IT problems into simple, coherent solutions. 

Providing a clear vision of the future, a roadmap, or pictorial timeline based on strong analysis & planning adds more value than a 10,000-line project plan - ‘A picture paints a 1000 words’. Delivery is infinitely simpler when the vision and plan to achieve that vision are simple and can be clearly and succinctly communicated.

Dunmore staff have worked on major projects for Westpac, St George, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Macquarie Bank, ANZ, AMP, KLM, BAT, Reach, Allianz, AAPT, eftpos, TAL, Roads and Maritime Service, to name but a few.
