Although strong advocates of Agile we recognise that there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all' solution in the development of a scaled enterprise delivery model. Through frequent and pragmatic communication we ensure that all stakeholders are aware of, and are in agreement with, the chosen delivery methodology, proposed project outcomes and planned timelines.
We have experience with both traditional methodologies such as Prince2 and PMBOK as well as Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, DSDM Atern and SAFe. As every organisation is different, these methodologies are used as a foundation. Coupled with our extensive experience and a good deal of common sense our project managers develop the project scope, charter, and plan and subsequently manage the implementation thereof.
