SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS – LEADING AUSTRALIAN BANK (SYDNEY CBD)

This financial institution is currently undertaking a large scale transformation of key mortgage processes and include the development, implementation and roll-out of a new IT platform. Due to the significant impact on a cross-section of the business from sales to fulfilment, experienced Project Managers are required to develop implementation plans and roll these out across multiple streams. 

In this role you will be expected to:

• Develop an initial implementation plan that aligns to the greater program timings and objectives

• Assess the existing team and organisation skills sets and recruit a team of internal and external resources to augment existiing resources

• Develop a financial plan in line with the organisation's methodologies to support the plan

• Manage the stream of activity with timely reporting to the Program Director and senior management

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a part of a significant, highly motivated program team within a large scale program.

You will need a proven track record in project management running change initiatives in excess of $20m and impact more than 5000 individuals. You will ideally have experience in mortgage process change or transformation initiatives. You will also have demonstrated experience in change methodologies and templates specifically Agile. You will have well developed communication and engagement skills with experience in working within a project environment. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in project management.
