This financial institution is currently undertaking a critical, enterprise-wide risk & control assessment tool replacement. The Program requires an experienced Program Director with excellent stakeholder management skills to manage the implementation of this system. 

In this role you will be expected to:

• Track-record in Program Managing risk-based programs in  the Banking & Finance sector

• Deal with and manage complexity

• Have operational risk or compliance experience

• Good leadership and quick to pick things up

• Able to work and manage external vendors/preferred suppliers end-to-end from technical requirements, business requirements, change and training.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a part of a significant, highly motivated program team within a large scale program.

You will need a proven track record in program management running large initiatives in excess of $10-20m and more than 2000 impacted stakeholders. You will ideally have experience in operational risk management and/or transformation initiatives. You will have well developed communication and engagement skills with experience in working within a project environment. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in project/program management.
